every song on this album makes me cry. i saw the carole king beautiful musical with my mom in 2018 and it was incredible. she wrote the fucking locomotion, you guys.

when i listen to the matches, i feel like the coolest version of myself. they recently did a 20 year anniversary tour for this album and it was one of the best shows i've ever been to.

what a time capsule of an album. always brings me back to being a lil tween bb. they opened at the first concert i went to without parents which is how i found out about them. i remember the girls in front of me were all wearing format t-shirts they diy'd. it was at the house of blues in chicago and i was 13.
